At Tivonex, all our products are digital eBooks delivered via instant electronic download. Because digital goods cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your file, receive a corrupted download, or accidentally purchase the wrong edition, please contact our support team at help@tivonex.store within 14 days of your purchase. We will gladly review your case and ensure you receive your correct, working files.
